Entry QR Code is Mandatory

A valid booking QR code must be presented and scanned at the entry gate. Entry will not be permitted without a valid QR code.

No Re-Entry

Re-entry is strictly not allowed once a visitor has exited the event premises.

No Cancellation or Refund

Once a ticket is successfully booked, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where a refund is specifically provided by the Organizer or required under applicable law.

Ticket Validity

A ticket is valid only for the event, date, and time/entry slot specified on the booking. It cannot be used for any other event or date.

One QR Code, One Entry

Each valid QR code can be used only according to the number of passes included in the corresponding booking. Once a pass has been scanned and entry is recorded, it cannot be reused.

Alcohol and Prohibited Items

Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and other prohibited or restricted items are strictly not allowed inside the event premises.

Visitor Responsibility

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings and for complying with the instructions of the Organizer, security personnel, and venue management.
