GateReady provides technology and digital services that allow users to discover participating events, review event information, book tickets or passes, and access digital tickets for entry.

Events available through GateReady may be organized and operated by independent event organizers. Event-specific information, timings, venue conditions, entry requirements and rules may therefore differ between events.

By accessing or using GateReady, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable event-specific terms displayed before booking.

Electronic records, communications and acceptance made through the platform may form part of your transaction and booking records.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or using a GateReady account or making a booking.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

You must not use GateReady for fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive or unauthorized activities, including attempts to create fraudulent or duplicate bookings.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the platform or gain unauthorized access to another user's account or information.

Event information displayed on GateReady may be provided or managed by the respective event organizer. Organizers are responsible for the event's execution, venue arrangements, event-specific rules, schedules and entry requirements.

Ticket types, quantities, availability, prices, event dates and other booking information are displayed during the booking process. You should carefully review this information before making payment.

A booking becomes confirmed only after the applicable payment and verification process has been successfully completed and GateReady has issued the applicable booking confirmation or digital ticket.

Users should review the event-specific Terms & Conditions before completing a booking. Those terms may contain additional rules concerning entry, age restrictions, prohibited items, re-entry and venue requirements.

Payments for bookings are processed through the payment methods made available by GateReady. Payment processing may involve third-party payment service providers.

A payment being initiated does not by itself guarantee that a ticket has been issued. Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment verification and the availability of the selected ticket.

You are responsible for reviewing the total amount, applicable charges and booking details before completing payment.

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the event, organizer and terms displayed at the time of purchase. Where an event-specific cancellation or refund policy applies, that policy will govern the applicable booking subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Digital tickets and QR codes issued through GateReady are intended for the booking and ticket holder associated with the booking.

You are responsible for keeping your ticket and QR code secure. Sharing, duplicating, altering, manipulating or attempting to misuse a ticket or QR code may result in unauthorized use or denial of entry.

Entry is subject to successful verification of the applicable ticket or QR code and compliance with the event organizer's entry requirements.

Event-specific rules may include security checks, age restrictions, prohibited items, no re-entry policies and other venue requirements. Users are responsible for complying with those rules.

GateReady seeks to operate its consumer-facing digital services transparently and in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Depending on the nature of the transaction and the services provided, applicable legal frameworks may include the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 , together with applicable amendments, notifications and other laws.

These frameworks are relevant to matters such as transparent information, consumer rights, fair dealing, grievance handling and protection against applicable unfair or misleading practices.

Electronic records and contracts may also be governed by applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection or other statutory right available to a user under applicable Indian law.

GateReady may process personal information required to provide accounts, authentication, bookings, payments, digital tickets, customer support and related services.

GateReady's handling of digital personal data is intended to be governed by applicable Indian data-protection and privacy requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and provisions as they come into force.

The Digital Personal Data Protection framework establishes requirements concerning the lawful processing and protection of digital personal data and provides rights and obligations for relevant parties.

Detailed information about what personal data GateReady collects, why it is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, applicable retention practices and available user rights will be provided in GateReady's Privacy Policy.

GateReady's branding, software, design, interfaces, text, graphics and other original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

GateReady will take reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of the platform. However, temporary interruptions, technical failures, third-party service issues, network failures, maintenance or circumstances beyond GateReady's reasonable control may occur.

GateReady does not, unless expressly stated, organize or operate events listed by independent organizers. Event execution, venue operations, organizer policies and event-specific decisions remain the responsibility of the applicable organizer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GateReady's responsibility is limited to the services and technology directly provided by GateReady. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
